What you'll do

• Communicate routing instructions, updates, and support to drivers
• monitor route progress and address delays, missed pickups, and service issues
• adjust routes as needed
• coordinate with operations leadership
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• investigate and communicate resolutions
• enter and maintain service orders, route data, and customer information
• review reports and assist with scheduling
• maintain customer records, contracts, and service agreements
• support billing and collections as needed
• coordinate with drivers, route managers, sales, and customer service.
