Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day field activities and project schedules
• create short-interval look-ahead schedules
• maintain a safe, clean work environment
• coordinate construction work and dimensional controls
• verify installation quality
• identify upcoming issues and facilitate solutions
• obtain inspections and document quality
• ensure compliance with contract and legal requirements
• administer client programs and project meetings
• communicate project status to clients
• manage self-performed work, scope changes, contracts, punch lists, and closeout
• maintain daily records
• direct and mentor supporting staff
• travel to job sites within the designated area.
