Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake, VA area, with services delivered in schools, client homes, and community settings. Pay is $60–$80 per hour. Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis is a BCBA-owned company serving families and emphasizes manageable caseloads and clinical support. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops and oversees individualized treatment, and monitors progress to support ethical, high-quality services. The role also guides technicians and caregivers and collaborates with schools and other professionals involved in care.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments
• develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs
• analyze data and update treatment
• provide parent training and caregiver support
• collaborate with school teams and other professionals
• maintain clinical documentation, graphs, and reports.
