What you'll do

• Own full P&L performance and operating-plan execution
• develop budgets, forecasts, capital and workforce plans
• report financial, operational, and KPI results
• lead growth strategy and customer relationships
• align sales, engineering, operations, and finance
• oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, shipping/receiving, and business operations
• improve delivery, throughput, scheduling, quoting, yield, and capacity utilization
• lead ERP and systems improvements
• ensure ISO 9001:2015, ITAR, export-control, customer, and regulatory compliance
• develop and hold the leadership team accountable.
