What you'll do

• Direct on-site roadway, earthwork, utility, and drainage construction
• serve as the primary site contact for owners, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• maintain master schedules and three-week lookaheads
• conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
• supervise and mentor field crews
• manage subcontractor performance and contract compliance
• implement project quality-control and quality-assurance plans
• maintain daily logs, field reports, RFIs, and change-order documentation.

Why this role
