Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Review delinquent accounts
• make inbound and outbound collection calls
• establish payment arrangements
• process payments and set up auto debit
• record call information
• resolve customer issues and answer service questions
• recommend accounts for additional attention
• perform initial skip tracing as needed
• meet daily account and call goals and quality standards. Overtime may be required based on company needs.
