The Skilled Building and Grounds role is onsite at Stony Point Center in Stony Point, NY, with pay of $19.42–$25.86 per hour. Stony Point Center welcomes guests and supports dialogue, spiritual work, community, and leadership building. The role maintains and repairs campus building systems and grounds so the center can safely and hospitably serve guests and staff. It responds to maintenance requests, performs preventive work, and supports campus readiness and other departments’ projects.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair plumbing, heating and cooling, and electrical systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• inspect and service building systems
• diagnose equipment and system problems
• document repairs and track supplies
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment installation
• maintain grounds through landscaping, snow and leaf removal, and related upkeep
• assist other departments with projects
• participate in the night phone rotation.
