Team Lead – Restaurant Operations

Job overview

The Team Lead – Restaurant Operations role is onsite at CAVA in Saint Louis, MO; compensation is $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and support cross-training
• support restaurant operations, including opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness practices
• model sound decision-making and help resolve issues
• support shift deployment to promote guest interactions and timely food orders.
