The Café Lead — Eataly Caffè Lexington position is onsite in New York, NY, with pay of $22 to $24 per hour. The role supports Eataly’s first Eataly Caffè and its focus on Italian coffee culture and culinary experiences. The lead oversees daily café operations, supports guest service and food quality, trains team members, and helps maintain operational, inventory, cleanliness, and health and safety standards across front- and back-of-house areas.

What you'll do

• Monitor standard operating procedures
• train and motivate team members
• manage labor, costs, inventory, compliance, pricing, and merchandising
• support café sections
• answer menu and ingredient questions
• maintain cleanliness
• receive and stock orders
• assist with opening and closing
• operate the POS system.
