Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care; Collaborate with resident and family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues; Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge; Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
