The role also contributes clinical leadership, supports advanced practice providers, and collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams.

What you'll do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• prescribe and monitor medications
• document care in the EHR
• coordinate referrals
• educate patients and families
• provide urgent care within scope
• consult with nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• contribute to training, quality improvement, policy development, and community health activities
• participate in scheduled call coverage, up to three times per year per call rotation.
