The Cycling Instructor role is onsite in Dallas, Texas. Compensation is not specified. Equinox offers Road, Competition, and Beats cycling styles and a seven-week paid mentorship program to prepare instructors for teaching.

What you'll do

• Complete the seven-week Equinox Cycle Pro mentorship, including weekly two-hour practice sessions, two hours of online training, and a final audition
• in some cases, candidates may bypass the program. Teach cycling classes, follow class descriptions, adjust and monitor intensity as needed, start and end classes on time, assist members with bike technical or mechanical support, keep substitutions to a minimum, and communicate member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and substitutions to the Group Fitness Manager. Current cycling certification is required before teaching
• maintain current CPR/AED certification.
