• Design bilingual English-Spanish survey instruments and intake verification scripts
• select target ZIP codes and set completion targets
• check representativeness
• review field completes and backlog
• retrain field teams when data quality slips
• validate field data against program models
• protect intimate data
• and report methods and data quality for weekly snapshots and grant reporting.
