What you'll do

• Lead and mentor survey field and office teams
• oversee transportation survey operations and quality procedures
• manage roadway, highway, street, right-of-way, and multimodal survey projects
• review and approve plats, right-of-way plans, reports, and mapping
• provide technical direction
• maintain relationships with NCDOT and municipalities
• support proposals and business development
• assist with workforce planning, scheduling, resource allocation, billing, and project financials.
