What you'll do

• Assist with bid packages, proposals, pricing take-offs, and bid documentation
• prepare and track project submittals
• coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• track permits and approvals
• schedule electrical inspections and FPL appointments
• assist with job setup and closeout
• update schedules and communicate changes
• procure and track materials
• provide administrative support
• attend estimating and project-management scheduling meetings.

Why this role
