What you'll do

• Oversee assigned facilities and supervise Food Service Directors
• support policies and regulatory requirements
• maintain client partnerships and quality assurance
• develop unit budgets and review financial results
• plan sales, menus, production, purchasing, inventory, and labor productivity
• assist with bids, contract transitions, and program development
• audit food production, sanitation, safety, payroll, and compliance
• train and develop facility leaders and employees.
