What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research
• translate ambiguous questions into research plans
• study consumers, members, brokers, providers, and internal users
• synthesize findings into strategic recommendations
• partner with cross-functional teams on product strategy and launches
• strengthen research operations and use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully while protecting rigor, privacy, and compliance.
