The role keeps dishes, equipment, and work areas clean and organized so kitchen operations can run smoothly. It also supports kitchen staff with cleaning, stocking, and assigned opening, shift-change, and closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• organize and store clean items
• maintain the dishwashing station and surrounding areas
• remove trash, recycling, and food waste
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• stock supplies and notify management when they run low
• assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• support kitchen team members as needed.
