Functional Family Therapist (FFT)

What you'll do

• Provide weekly one-hour home-based family therapy sessions
• use the FFT model with families of adolescents ages 10–18
• carry a caseload and provide services for three to six months
• conduct evaluations and assessments
• contribute to treatment plans
• provide crisis support and family education
• coordinate services and community resources
• complete clinical documentation
• and participate in supervision, consultation, meetings, and training.

Why this role
