UPS Field Technician

What you'll do

• Service, troubleshoot, install, and maintain UPS systems, batteries, PDUs, and static switches
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment start-ups
• maintain electrical test equipment
• perform battery maintenance and installations
• troubleshoot systems and repair root causes
• interpret technical documentation and schematics
• coordinate subcontractors
• educate customers
• complete service reports and related paperwork
• support warehouse tasks and train less experienced employees
• provide 24/7 on-call emergency services as required.
