What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of campuses and programs
• review clinical records and gather information from collateral contacts
• complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and admission recommendations
• assist with prescreen questions
• communicate admission decisions and coordinate arrival-related communications
• present clinical summaries to program leadership
• document medical necessity for insurance authorization
• assist with admissions phone coverage when no assessment is scheduled.
