What you'll do

• Monitor maintenance expenses against budget
• inspect community grounds each morning
• prepare vacant units for occupancy through painting, cleaning, and maintenance
• complete maintenance requests and preventive maintenance
• maintain landscaping and perform snow removal
• keep records of maintenance and weather-related snow removal
• maintain tools, equipment, and replacement parts
• clean common areas
• supervise contractors and personnel
• provide emergency resident support after office hours
• conduct quarterly unit inspections
• maintain common amenities.
