What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily build-team activities
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• build, assemble, fit, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and mechanical assemblies
• assign work and monitor workflow
• verify dimensional accuracy and functionality
• resolve manufacturing issues
• coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and production
• document progress and inspections
• train and mentor team members
• recommend process improvements.
