Director, Innovation Product Marketing

Director, Innovation Product Marketing is a hybrid role based in Oakland, CA, with a three-day-in-office and two-day-at-home work environment. The base salary range is $155,000–$185,000 per year. The role leads global product marketing strategy and innovation across e.l.f. Beauty’s brands. The director develops the innovation pipeline and long-term roadmap, using market data, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and bring products to market. This work is intended to build brands, grow market share, and support business and retailer objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead product marketing and innovation across beauty categories
• develop innovation strategy and identify market opportunities
• analyze category performance, consumer insights, and trends
• shape product launch storytelling, briefs, positioning, claims, pricing, and sampling
• partner with Product Development, R&D, Sales, Planning, and other teams
• manage cost-of-goods considerations and launch execution
• lead cross-functional meetings and manage one direct report.
