Shift Supervisor — Restaurant

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in McLean, VA. Compensation is $21 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise restaurant operations and make daily shift decisions
• support staff and uphold standards for product quality and cleanliness
• coach, develop, and recognize team members
• address guest and operational issues
• conduct food safety and line checks
• check vendor deliveries
• prepare end-of-shift reports as needed
• maintain food safety, recipe, sanitation, stocking, and kitchen organization standards
• communicate ticket times and potential problems to service staff, kitchen staff, and managers.
