The AI and Automation Manager, Business Operations role is hybrid in New York City, with in-office work three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Compensation is $175,000–$225,000 per year. Axial’s mission is to unleash the power of private capital markets for entrepreneurs through its online platform. The manager designs and improves AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools to increase operational efficiency and improve employee and member experiences. Working with Business Operations leadership and cross-functional teams, the role identifies opportunities, evaluates technologies, and turns business challenges into durable technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows, agents, and business applications
• develop automations and integrations across business systems
• create internal applications, tools, dashboards, and copilots
• help establish AI architecture and data infrastructure
• connect models to business data and applications using APIs and related approaches
• and partner with Business Operations leadership on strategy, roadmaps, and technology priorities.
