What you'll do

• Develop component-level semiconductor test plans
• develop automated test equipment hardware and software
• configure or program bench-level lab equipment
• work with Sales to estimate test-development engineering, platform, and hardware costs
• work with Operations on production test feasibility and cost effectiveness
• debug devices and tests, collect characterization data, and recommend corrective actions.
