What you'll do

• Answer and record client calls, emails, and monitoring alerts
• resolve issues, own problems, open changes, and fulfill non-complex IT and facility requests. Monitor email and ticket queues, follow up on open tickets, support supply management, troubleshoot critical infrastructure with test equipment, escort visitors, assist with equipment rack/unrack, rotate tapes, and perform shipping, receiving, inventory, and related facility tasks. Willingness to work on-call rotation and adjust hours for business needs is required.
