What you'll do

• Greet guests and manage waiting, seating, queues, and crowd flow
• answer questions about the pavilion
• receive and direct VIP guests, delegations, and officials according to protocol
• coordinate VIP arrivals and access with management, security, and protocol partners
• support reservations, event check-in, and guest lists as needed
• assist the front-of-house team and hand over to servers.
