Paralegal, Mass Tort & Medical Malpractice

The paralegal supports cases from client intake through resolution by managing records, filings, case documentation, and deadlines. This work helps attorneys move litigation matters forward while maintaining communication and organized case files.

What you'll do

• Manage client intake and ongoing client communication
• obtain, review, organize, and summarize medical records
• draft and file complaints, discovery requests and responses, and summonses
• complete HCA filings and manage medical authorizations for mass tort matters
• electronically file documents in state and federal courts
• organize case files and databases and manage deadlines
• support attorneys throughout each case.
