What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and restorative care
• obtain and document vital signs and observations
• conduct safety rounds
• report changes in condition
• follow care plans
• assist with meals and adaptive equipment
• maintain accurate care documentation
• and protect resident rights and confidentiality.
