• manage accommodation processes and case documentation
• partner with district leaders on people strategies and change initiatives
• use HR tools and analytics to identify skill gaps and workforce trends
• monitor training and performance management
• support labor relations and emergency response readiness
• partner with the HR Service Center on staffing and records
• drive succession planning and leadership development
• travel overnight typically 20%–50% of the time.
