What you'll do

• Order, receive, inspect, and stock fleet parts, tools, and supplies
• maintain inventory records, cycle counts, reorder points, and stock adjustments
• issue parts to technicians and track usage
• obtain vendor pricing and process purchase orders
• organize the parts room
• reconcile invoices and delivery receipts
• coordinate parts needs with maintenance
• handle warranty parts and dispose of used or hazardous materials according to policy and applicable regulations.
