Immigration Law Associate

The Immigration Law Associate role is open to fully remote or hybrid work based out of the firm's Philadelphia, PA, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices. Compensation is $145,000–$165,000 per year. Klasko Immigration Law Partners' corporate practice handles employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients. The associate manages and advises on high-volume employment-based immigration cases, prepares petitions and applications, and supports client immigration programs and compliance. The role also includes client relationship management, research, case strategy, and supervision of junior associates and paralegal staff.

What you'll do

• Counsel clients and oversee employment-based immigration cases involving USCIS, DOL, and the Department of State
• assess eligibility and legal issues and develop evidence
• draft and revise H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and other petitions and applications
• prepare audit responses and responses to requests for evidence
• conduct PERM placement and reduction-in-force analyses
• research client matters
• communicate with clients and foreign nationals
• support immigration program management and compliance
• delegate and supervise junior associates and paralegals.
