What you'll do

• Define lifecycle engagement strategy and multi-year roadmap
• architect guest and advisor journeys
• oversee lifecycle programs for prospects, guests, and travel advisors
• lead lead-generation, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• partner with data, IT, digital, and cross-functional leaders on data governance and CRM technology
• own performance targets, reporting, testing, budget, and agency and vendor relationships
• build and develop the lifecycle and CRM team.
