What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators
• coordinate benefits data transfers and daily processing
• maintain procedures, files, databases, and payroll records
• ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting
• reconcile invoices, enrollment records, and payroll deductions
• support audits and actuarial assessments
• analyze benefits plans, costs, and trends
• coordinate open enrollment, communications, and employee training
• recommend process improvements and benefits program changes.
