What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries
• place outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
• serve as a first point of contact
• schedule, confirm, route, and reschedule appointments
• update customer information in CRM and scheduling systems
• verify customer information and appointment eligibility and availability
• handle billing and service inquiries
• de-escalate concerns
• document interactions
• meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule-adherence expectations
• escalate concerns when needed.
