What you'll do

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
• supervise implementation of behavior interventions, treatment plans, and documentation
• provide feedback and modeling
• conduct assessments and develop treatment plans as needed
• support extended assessment opportunities
• make monthly family check-in calls
• analyze regional IOA and treatment integrity data
• travel for assessments, team oversight, and high-risk client support.
