Core Crew – Front Desk and Sales

Job overview

The part-time Core Crew role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN; compensation is $14 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. The role supports [solidcore]’s studio operations and client experience, working with the Head Coach, Community Manager, and coaches. The team member welcomes clients, handles routine account and class transactions, supports studio sales, and helps maintain a clean and welcoming space. The role contributes to client satisfaction and studio operations through communication, follow-up, and administrative support.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the studio’s CORE client experience
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist studio leadership and coaches with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare celebration boards
• work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.
