What you'll do

• Code and record invoices and check requests
• maintain vendor files
• issue weekly checks
• review invoices and supporting documentation
• receive, verify, and record donations
• reconcile donations with bank deposits and payment processor reports
• complete general-ledger reconciliations and recurring month-end transactions
• assist with month-end close
• and safeguard confidential information.
