What you'll do

• Review and prepare deeds, assignments, and funding documents
• coordinate with county recorders on filings and fees
• manage funding workflows
• assist with entity formation documents and filings
• prepare summaries of existing estate plans
• support preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• enter information into legal document software. Requires a paralegal certificate and knowledge of WealthDocs.
