What you'll do

• Assist the Food Services Director with planning, coordinating, and executing food service activities
• supervise dietary staff
• inspect food preparation for quality and sanitation
• prepare and present meals
• ensure snacks and beverages are available
• help prepare menus at least three weeks in advance
• ensure meals follow the diet manual and physicians’ orders
• provide nutritionally equivalent substitutes.
