What you'll do

• Prepare products to specifications and quality standards
• mix, bake, fry, fill, and decorate bakery and pastry items
• wrap, package, label, and merchandise products
• stage products for shipment to stores
• load and unload ovens, cool and de-pan products
• track shipments and verify products against invoices
• prepare special orders
• identify production needs and assist bakers
• clean and sanitize the department
• follow food-handling and safety practices
• receive, rotate, and store deliveries
• record waste.
