What you'll do

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms
• notify the front desk when rooms are complete
• report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and unserviceable rooms
• respond courteously to guest and management requests
• maintain linen carts and storage areas
• handle keys, equipment, and supplies securely
• report lost and found items
• participate in team cleaning and self-inspection
• follow company policies and safety guidelines.
