The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Richmond, VA, with one-to-one therapy provided in clients’ homes and community-based settings. The posting states pay of $22–$27 per hour. The role contributes to treatment goals through consistent, ethical, client-centered therapy and collaboration with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one therapy in home and community settings
• implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• assist with behavior intervention strategies
• participate in team meetings and training
• maintain supportive relationships with clients and families
• follow BACB ethical guidelines.
