What you'll do

• Support the Branch Operations Manager with teller issues, losses, and risk mitigation
• approve customer and bank transactions within established limits, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and deposits
• apply banking policies and procedures
• contribute to branch audit and certification results
• maintain branch and ATM cash security and limits
• respond to operations inquiries
• identify customer needs and refer financial products and services.
