The Mission Program Manager — Civil and Commercial Space role is an onsite, full-time position in Logan, UT, with a salary range of $135,000–$220,000 per year. Space Dynamics Laboratory’s Civil & Commercial Space Division develops mission solutions for NASA and commercial customers, supporting scientific discovery through spacecraft, instruments, and mission operations. The program manager leads complex NASA and civil space missions from formulation and proposal capture through development, launch, and operations. The role aligns multidisciplinary teams and partners around mission objectives and is accountable for technical, cost, schedule, risk, and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end NASA and civil space missions
• develop mission strategies and proposals
• coordinate spacecraft, payload, ground systems, and mission operations development
• direct multidisciplinary teams and partners
• prepare for NASA lifecycle reviews
• manage risks, cost, schedule, and technical performance
• apply Earned Value Management
• mentor project managers and future mission leaders.
