What you'll do
- Oversee daily dietary department operations
- supervise, schedule, and manage food service employees, including hiring and performance evaluations
- prepare meals according to planned menus, approved recipes, and special dietary requirements
- monitor resident care plans for dietary needs
- collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- provide nutrition counseling in coordination with the registered dietitian
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Why this role
Certified Dietary Manager certification is required; Certified Food Protection Professional certification is preferred. Cooking experience is required, and long-term care or geriatric food service experience is preferred. Every other weekend is required.
