What you'll do

• Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnostic impression interviews
• provide individual and group counseling or therapy to consumers and families
• complete psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans
• provide consultation, education, and emergency services
• arrange outpatient appointments and follow-up
• coordinate schedules with the Consumer Access Specialist
• participate in process improvement
• prepare and maintain reports and service documentation.
