What you'll do

• Lead food production and prepare meals according to recipes
• support special diets and catering needs
• maintain clean work areas and organized storage using FIFO
• complete HACCP logs, production records, and inventories
• monitor food safety and coach staff
• place food and supply orders
• adjust menus and maintain prep lists
• train staff and communicate with supervisors, school staff, and customers.
